Circus experience

My family and I recently went for a 4 day, 3 night trip to Club Med Bali and we honestly had such an amazing experience. The location, atmosphere, beach and overall environment were beautiful and so cooling making it  the perfect place to relax and enjoy quality time together.

Although I stayed in a standard room, it was still comfortable and decent. One thing we really loved was the food and bar. The dinners were especially fun because the dinner locations changed every night, which made each evening feel different and exciting. 

One of the biggest highlights for me was the trapeze activities. I went back every single day because I enjoyed it so much. Plus a shoutout to the trapeze team, Graham, Anas, Marie and Daniel  for being super fun, encouraging and helpful as they’ve really helped me improve my skills and made the activity something I looked forward to every day.

We also met so many other amazing GOs and interns throughout the trip. Yousri welcomed us warmly from the start, Zee introduced us to paddle and was so friendly, and interns like Katherine, Clara and Khalifa were all lovely as well. Another GO, Remy, was also extremely helpful and kind during our stay.

The service overall was excellent and what makes Club Med Bali truly special is the people. Everyone comes from different places around the world and specializes in different things, which creates such a fun and unique environment.

We had such a wonderful stay at Club Med Bali and truly made so many unforgettable memories with the amazing team there. The G.Os were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely made the whole experience feel so special from start to finish. The food was lovely every day, and the atmosphere around the resort was always so lively and positive.

A huge highlight for us was definitely the circus team at the trapeze area. They were super friendly, encouraging, and made the activities so much fun. We took so many photos, laughed nonstop, and had such a great time there. An extra special thank you to Marie, Anas, Graham, Daniel, and Jeremy from the circus team for being so kind, patient, and for always taking the time to chat with us and make us feel comfortable.

We’d also love to thank Othmanne and Yousri, who were always so lovely whenever we had meals, as well as Roy from the bar and Axcel from the Mini Club for the fun conversations and good energy with my family throughout the trip.

A special mention as well to Clara, one of the new interns, who was absolutely lovely-  wishing her all the best! It was also so fun dancing with everyone every night and enjoying the amazing atmosphere together.

Lastly, it was so nice meeting Rya from the sales team at the Club Med Singapore office, who came over and vibed with us on our last night. She was incredibly friendly and added even more fun to the experience.

Thank you again to everyone at Club Med Bali for such a memorable stay. We really hope to see some familiar faces again at future Club Meds around the world!

First Time Experience in Club Med Bali

We had an amazing stay at Club Med Bali and would absolutely return. One of the best little innovations was the wristband room key — such a game changer! No more worrying about carrying or forgetting your room card while enjoying the resort.

The meals were outstanding, especially considering the main restaurant had been damaged in the April fire. You honestly would never have known with the quality and variety of food they continued to produce. Drinks were always refreshing and the waiting staff were incredibly attentive throughout our stay.

One thing that really stood out was the hygiene and food standards. We enjoyed plenty of cocktails with lots of ice, ate and drank freely the entire holiday, and had absolutely no issues with “Bali Belly.” Club Med’s high standards definitely gave us confidence to fully relax and enjoy ourselves.

The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive — exactly what you hope for from a Club Med property. We were also lucky enough to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Superior Room, which was a lovely surprise.  We were lucky to get a pay 3 stay 5 deal which was amazing value for money.  I love that when you are onsite you don't need to worry about money or conversion rates - its all inclusive!

The gardens were beautiful, the pools were fantastic, and we especially loved the beach area and beach bar. The Zen Pool and main bar area could probably benefit from a bit of a waterblast or wet-and-forget treatment, but this certainly didn’t take away from the overall experience.  The layout of the resort is amazing and you cant hear anything once inside your room and I slept so well each night.

A special mention to Lee, the beginner tennis coach, who was fantastic. I can’t wait to bring my tennis-mad daughter back for lessons with him. Vitoria in the fitness area was also amazing — her daily warm-up classes and aqua gym sessions were so much fun and a great way to start the day.

The airport transfers were another highlight. The team waited patiently for us after we had major delays getting through the Bali e-gates, which added another two hours to our arrival process. The transfer back to the airport was incredibly quick — only about 15 minutes — so I’d probably schedule a slightly later departure next time instead of leaving at 2:30pm.

Overall, a wonderful holiday with excellent service, fantastic food, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend Club Med Bali for families, couples, or anyone wanting a stress-free Bali getaway.
