Learn aboutMy family had a great time at Les Arcs. The resort is very well appointed and has an incredible staff! Special shoutout to Francesco at the bar who was off the charts with all the children.
The ski shop experience was very nice as well. The team helped us with some rentals. We were in/out within 10 minutes. For anyone who used rentals before, it usually takes a couple of rounds with kids to find the right size. At Les Arcs Panorama, the team has a machine that measures your feet with precision, ensuring the right fit immediately. 10/10 experience.
Snow conditions were very good despite warm weather. It was perfect Spring Skiing experience with bluebird days, warm weather, and great vibes!
See on TripAdvisorI just spent 5 days at Club Med Lês Arcs with my husband and two daughters 10 and 8. We had the most wonderful time. The resort is extremely family friendly while still being fun for adults. The food was pretty good. My husband and I enjoyed the private restaurant twice on the trip to get a break from eating in the dining hall with the rest of the resort. The convenience of the ski in / ski out and the very nice locker room they have makes skiing with families super easy. We rented equipment and it took less than 15 minutes to rent for our entire family. A special shout out to Francesco the best bartender at the resort. He served my daughters their first sodas when we arrived. He asked their names and committed them to memory the entire trip. The girls adored him and felt so special each time they got to see him. What an epic experience! We will be back!
See on TripAdvisorJust got back from Club Med Les Arcs and wow – what a holiday! I was dreading the thought of a buffet meal 7 days in a row as I consider myself a foodie, and I was extremely surprised. The buffet was hands down the best I’ve ever had – proper hearty, home-cooked style food, not the usual bulk made junk you get at resorts.
The facilities are top-notch, and the ski-in/ski-out location makes life so easy. Even though our child was sick and we never got as much ski time as we had hoped, everything else about the resort more than made up for it. Honestly, it’s worth every the all inclusive premium to have everything taken care of – lifts, meals, equipment, all of it – because skiing can be stressful otherwise.
Some of the front desk staff were slow in dealing with queries and assistance - but everytime Reezy and Filipa were at the desk – they were brilliant Super friendly, super helpful and actually got stuff done.
If you want a ski holiday where you can just relax, eat amazing food, and hit the slopes without worrying about a thing, this is it!
See on TripAdvisorOverall was a great trip, skiing, lessons and kids club were great and the staff on the whole were helpful. Room and accommodation was excellent, the family suite had plenty of storage, was of high quality and light and airy.
For all inclusive they were very restrictive of food and drink only at key times, no just drop in and snack, buffet food was good quality. Bar was also only open at key times and dinner drinks was very restricted it was easier to go to the bar and bring drinks for dinner, felt very much like penny pinching.
The most dangerous and disappointing was the swimming pool outside one has been shut all season and the showers were outright dangerous either way scorching hot or freeing cold no temperature protector.
There was also interesting smell in may parts of the hotel a bit like hair removal cream that was very overpowering making my wife’s eyes stream.
The entertainment has a lot to be desired, have seen school productions with higher quality dancers were all out of time, they tried but you can tell dancing was not their primary job or skill, they were far better waiters.
