We had a wonderful multigenerational family stay at Club Med Lijiang, and it truly had something for every age. As a vegetarian family, food can sometimes be challenging when traveling, but June and Leon from the kitchen team were incredible. They were proactive from the beginning about making sure we had our own meals and plenty of vegetarian options, and consistently went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of.

The kids absolutely loved the Kids Club and genuinely did not want to leave! The G.O. team was warm, energetic, and so much fun. They joked and interacted with the kids throughout our stay and created such a friendly, uplifting atmosphere around the resort.

Between the thoughtful staff, great care with our dietary needs, and activities that kept the kids happy, Club Med Lijiang worked beautifully for our multigenerational family trip. A special thank you to June and Leon and the wonderful G.O. team for making our stay so memorable!

The GO team are more helpful, but the receptionist could be more considerate. The room I assigned was far from the main area, which was not friendly to 80 yrs seniors and 4 yrs kid. And the cleanness of the room was a bit concerned. It’s observed the debris were on the ground and some mold was in the shower.

Stayed for five days with our kids ages 8 and 10. The location alone made it worthwhile, just 15-20 minutes from Jade Dragon Snow Mountain with absolutely amazing views. The variety of food was delish! You wouldn't have time to go hungry, lol. The staff made a huge difference too. Jackie, MJ, and June were super enthusiastic, helpful, and friendly. Every time we saw them during our stay they were just warm and welcoming. Comfort-wise, we're firm mattress ppl. As for facilities, we used them up! We swam every morning and enjoyed getting the pickle ball court as well as the pool table to ourselves often. We did a private tour of Jade Dragon (Yulong Mountain), Blue Moon Valley and took the scenic train back with another vendor. Shuhe and Baisha village is literally 10-15min away from the resort. Definitely worth visiting. Btw, there's this not-so-hidden gem of a coffee place called 'Yunnan Coffee Flavor Museum' near the kids water and slide play area. I've been drinking coffee from all over the world. And Yunnan coffee, from this place, has become one of my top 10 places in the world. LOVE.

I had a wonderful stay at Club Med Lijiang. Nestled at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, the resort offers breathtaking views, fresh mountain air, and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere that makes it a perfect getaway.

The resort itself is beautiful and spacious. Both the rooms and the overall property are generously sized, allowing guests to enjoy the surroundings without feeling crowded. The landscaping and scenery add to the charm of the resort.

One of the highlights was the food. The buffet offers a great variety of cuisines, with an impressive spread for every meal. The food was delicious, and there was always something new to enjoy.

What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service from the GO. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about the guests. Many of them went the extra mile to make us feel welcome.

A special mention goes to Jade, who would often stop by to chat with my mother whenever she saw her sitting alone in the restaurant or bar. Her kindness and warmth made my mother feel cared for and included. Also, Grace at the reception was incredibly helpful when my mother's trekking shoes split open. She took the initiative to help stick them back together so she could continue using them comfortably.

The team's dedication to guest satisfaction truly sets Club Med Lijiang apart. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with stunning scenery, excellent food, and outstanding hospitality.
