We really loved our stay at charlevoix. It would have been even more enjoyable if there had been clear gluten free options for one of our sons.

Excellent Accommodations and facilities. An energetic, responsive, enthusiastic staff from top to bottom. Excellent and efficient access to the Ski Slopes of Le Massif. Worry-free childcare by skilled and attentive young men and women. Ski lessons provided to all ages (4+) by attentive, personable and skilled (certified) instructors. Remarkable array and quality of food at every sitting. Quality entertainment for all ages apres ski. Good, fun beverages and cocktails for all ages All-in-all good value a smooth and professional team at all levels.

We have been going to Club Med Quebec Charlevoix ever since it opened every year for the last five years. It is likely the best ski resort value you can find in the world. The combination of quality ski slopes and dramatic views of the Saint Laurent River, good snow, all-inclusive resort with 4 stars level food, exceptional shows and party every night, amazing attention to kids, time and space for adults, spa, pool, outdoor hot tub, and comfortable rooms, at a reasonable rate, really makes this our top choice year over year. But that is not all, the great differentiator is the incredible friendly staff and GO. Some I see year after year such as Sam, who is an amazing trainer, who does not mind spending time with our family over dinner and/or drinks. He does make the difference in your stay. This time around Sam introduced us to other wonderful individuals working for the club, such as Mandal and Anthony with whom we also spent wonderful evenings. There are many other folks we see again and again, Jasmine welcomes us with such sincere warmth. Mafer (Maria) is supervising the dining room and always makes sure we are well taken care of. I would be remis if I did not mention the exclusive top chef Jordan who delights us with creative and tasty menus every meal - it is heavenly. The kids club folks are crazy good, packed with talent and patience (Bad Bunny, Princess, and Captain America you all rock). For those seeking premium drinks, Adrian and Charlotte are loads of fun to be with. Definitely back next year. Thank You - Merci Club Med GO, Staff and Management.

We chose the Club Med because we figured it would save us the headache of having to do all the annoying logistics of getting our kids to learn to ski (lift tickets, rental equipment, ski school sign up, etc). It definitely did that, but it was so much more: by eliminating all of the logistics, we were able to maximize our time together as a family which meant we spent the whole time having a blast and making lifelong memories that we'll cherish forever. Plus, the quality of everything (the lodging, equipment, mountain, food, activities, lessons etc) was far beyond our expectations. And don't even get me started on the staff! Every single person we interacted with was friendly, professional, talented, kind, and super fun! The only thing holding me back from going back every vacation from now on is that it's definitely expensive; but in this case, you absolutely get what you pay for. If I ever win the lottery, I'll sincerely consider moving in to a Club Med!! If you can swing it, you should definitely go for it!
