We had an amazing stay at Club Med Bali and would absolutely return. One of the best little innovations was the wristband room key — such a game changer! No more worrying about carrying or forgetting your room card while enjoying the resort.

The meals were outstanding, especially considering the main restaurant had been damaged in the April fire. You honestly would never have known with the quality and variety of food they continued to produce. Drinks were always refreshing and the waiting staff were incredibly attentive throughout our stay.

One thing that really stood out was the hygiene and food standards. We enjoyed plenty of cocktails with lots of ice, ate and drank freely the entire holiday, and had absolutely no issues with “Bali Belly.” Club Med’s high standards definitely gave us confidence to fully relax and enjoy ourselves.

The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive — exactly what you hope for from a Club Med property. We were also lucky enough to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Superior Room, which was a lovely surprise. We were lucky to get a pay 3 stay 5 deal which was amazing value for money. I love that when you are onsite you don't need to worry about money or conversion rates - its all inclusive!

The gardens were beautiful, the pools were fantastic, and we especially loved the beach area and beach bar. The Zen Pool and main bar area could probably benefit from a bit of a waterblast or wet-and-forget treatment, but this certainly didn’t take away from the overall experience. The layout of the resort is amazing and you cant hear anything once inside your room and I slept so well each night.

A special mention to Lee, the beginner tennis coach, who was fantastic. I can’t wait to bring my tennis-mad daughter back for lessons with him. Vitoria in the fitness area was also amazing — her daily warm-up classes and aqua gym sessions were so much fun and a great way to start the day.

The airport transfers were another highlight. The team waited patiently for us after we had major delays getting through the Bali e-gates, which added another two hours to our arrival process. The transfer back to the airport was incredibly quick — only about 15 minutes — so I’d probably schedule a slightly later departure next time instead of leaving at 2:30pm.

Overall, a wonderful holiday with excellent service, fantastic food, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend Club Med Bali for families, couples, or anyone wanting a stress-free Bali getaway.

Best family resort ever. Our family had an excellent get away, our children (5G 3B) had a blast and happily attended the kids club daily. The activities offered combined with wonderful caring educators made the experience special. Big thank you to Wissal, Axel & Ade ❤️ Wissal became a go to for both our kids, with my son especially bonding with her 😊

Woken up early morning by the main restaurant on fire after our first night, we were wondering what will be our holidays... GREAT! For sure food was not as usual, however the team was amazing doing is best to improve everyday. Thank you Ayu, Pita, Othmane, Abu, Ravir and Yigit, etc, you made us forgot the fire.
So nice bar team: Heudes, Roy, Diky, Jayrate, Andre, Lorenzo, Nyoman, Rata.... great time and drinks (need a consistant recipee for mojito though ;)).
We did a lot of sport with a beautiful team led by Amine: Oka, Zee, Jaka, Lee, Jo, Jalal, Antoine, Victoria, Ashley... We enjoyed all activities with your smile and kindness!
The Circus team was again amazing and everywhere. My wife and daughter had a great time with you, Ally, Graham, Anas, Daniel, Jeremie!!
Thanks also to Dylan for the beautiful songs and to the Massage team which was again perfect (3 times :)).
Finally, a massive thank you to Apple, Yousri, Youness and Houcem. You took care of us unlike anywhere else!

Shockingly amazing.
We had been to club med a few times and did not really know what to expect. we are very sporty and like to engage in many activities. but we were shocked to find the level of profesionism of the tennis with Mr Lee the British pro. We have taken many lessons around the world at resorts and back at home but have never exxperienced this level of profesionalism. we are going to steal him for our club at home..... we also were able to share some wonderful evening with him and its hilarious to watch him dance on the bar stage. we would also like to say how well this team is managed thank you also to Ameine the sport manager who also shared dinner and drinks with us. its also good to see the manager Houceme always chatting and enjoying guests from all nationalities.
Heavenly dinner in the garden every day was fabulous and the lighting was nice and also watching the trapeze artists do thier thing good job you guys.
we will definatly be back for more tennis and sports Thanks also club house GOs.
My only small thing is it would be good maybe to have a bit of change of menu for the Dec restraunt,
we will definatly be back for more punishment.......
