Outstanding GO Team Made Our Family Vacation Unforgettable!
5/5 • 5/22/2025Just returned from an incredible week at Club Med Phuket! The GO team exceeded our expectations with warm greetings, attentive service, and infectious energy.
We stayed at the newly opened Family Oasis, perfectly located next to the kids' splash pool and convenient bar for snacks. The location was ideal - right next to the club house for sports, making it easy to get drinks without walking to the main area.
The nightly entertainment was fantastic - professional performances with international music appealing to all ages. Kids could participate in shows, creating their own dance and theatrical performances. We looked forward to these every evening!
The mini club team - Sergio, Iris, and Ayoub - were exceptional with our daughter Eva. Their dedication, creativity, and genuine care was remarkable. Eva formed meaningful connections with them throughout our stay.
Every GO we encountered demonstrated professionalism and warmth. The all-inclusive experience was seamless, with staff providing personalized service. Facilities were well-maintained, pools pristine, and dining offered great variety.
We're already planning our return - my husband jokingly expressed interest in retiring at Club Med!
The GOs at Club Med Phuket make this resort truly special.
One tip: If you have UK/HK/Singapore plugs, don't forget to bring an international adapter as the resort doesn't have any available or enough to borrow.

Company Retreat - Best Experience

She was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, always checking on us and offering assistance, even though she wasn’t directly assigned to our group.
