Kiroro Grand Japan

It was my 2nd stay at kimono clubmed, and it was soooo good again. The snow quality was nice and we even had a snowy day during the stay in March. The food was good and all the go team members were very friendly and helpful. Last year I couldn't have a chance to join the yoga and pilates class, but this year I joined it and found out the stretching class makes good balance for my body before and after skiing. I really appreciate Louise for the yoga and pilates class (I didn't skip a day for the yoga class haha). The ski team was so much well organized and my kid loved skiing with her teachers. Thank to kiroro clubmed!!!

We've stayed at a few different Club Meds before and Kiroro Grand is hands down the best of the lot! Everything from the check-in process to the ski rental to the lessons, all were superbly organised/planned. The attention paid to the details here really made Kiroro Grand stand out in comparison to the others.

Big, special shout-out to Eddy from the restaurant who made our stay a truly memorable one with his attentive cheerfulness and thoughtful hospitality. Even going the extra mile feels like it's just another routine task to him, and we are truly appreciative!! The food here was also of really good quality, which (if we're honest) isn't always the priority for ski resorts. Zac was great too, always energetic and friendly as he went about the resort.

The view from the room was very serene. The room itself was spacious enough for 1 family of 4 (we have 2 teens) and everything was always very clean and neat. Housekeeping staff are all very smiley and polite, even when the room was in a mess (thanks to us)...

This is one Club Med I definitely feel like going back to!

I had a fantastic stay at Club Med. The food was truly top notch, with an impressive variety at every meal, high quality ingredients, and beautiful presentation. There was always something for everyone, whether you wanted something light and healthy or indulgent and comforting. The choice and standard were outstanding.

There is constantly something happening for all ages, from sports and fitness classes to entertainment and family activities. You can be as active or as relaxed as you like. The energy is vibrant but never overwhelming.

A real highlight for me was the stretching class with Lou. It was absolutely top notch. She led the session with calm confidence, precise guidance, and excellent attention to alignment. It felt professional, intentional, and deeply restorative, like studio quality instruction in a resort setting.

This is the second time we are coming back as a family of four and four other families
