We had a great stay and were very happy with everything. The all-inclusive package was amazing — it covered transfers from the hotel, all meals, and ski lessons for both adults and kids, which made the trip super easy and enjoyable.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were always friendly, and the restaurant had lots of choices. The service was kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Our kids had the best time with the Mini Club. During our one-week stay, they enjoyed five days of ski lessons, joined kids’ shows, and tried many activities like swimming in the pool. They had so much fun, and we’re really thankful to all the staff for taking such good care of them.

We would definitely recommend this place to families and would love to come back again!

This place truly exceeded every expectation — the service, food, and skiing were all outstanding and made our vacation unforgettable.
The staff was incredible from start to finish. Special shout-out to Humberto (our amazing server who always had a smile and made every meal special) and François up on the mountain — their attention to detail and warm energy truly stood out. Even the General Manager was personally ensuring everything was perfect, and the reception team went above and beyond to help with our room and all our questions.
The skiing here is world-class — pristine slopes, perfect organization, and the convenience of the all-inclusive ski package made every day pure joy.
And the food? Simply delicious — fresh, varied, and high-quality every single meal.
We had such a wonderful time that we're already counting down the days until next year!
This time we'll be staying two full weeks in a row, and we're bringing 2-3 more friend families along to share this magical experience in 2027.

We had a wonderful vacation with our family. There was a wide variety of dishes and a friendly atmosphere at the hotel.
