It was an unforgettable experience. My family, friends, and the team that came were very happy. The facilities, location, building, reception management, and others were all excellent and complete. I would like to thank the team of chefs, cooks, receptionists, and all the staff who took such close care of me for this wonderful experience. I would especially like to thank the team of Thai people, Nong Sandy, Wayne, Jennifer, Arri, Wadee, Ken, Wilawan, Unt, Kim, and Nong Nikki. All of the young people were very lovely and took care of me in a friendly manner, paying attention to every detail. If I have the opportunity, I will come again. Thank you again to the young people.

Skiing is so fun in clubmed! I’m a first timer and I’m glad I chose clubmed - they have many experienced instructors and are very organized in getting you booked for the class and get your ski rentals set up quickly. Our instructor Pauline is stellar!!! She is amazing and patient, she’s fun to be with and being in her class makes the whole experience even better! Thank you Pauline! We also had Nik (Nikolai) who assisted us and she’s such a sweet and kind trainer who takes great care of all of us! Really fortunate to have booked this stay and I can’t wait for the next one in future!

Club Med Tomamu Summer 2025 GO TEAM IS THE BEST! Thank you Yum for your meticulous event management & PR skills, bringing us awesomeness everynight! Zack the Chef de Village did an awesome job leading the entire team. Thank you, Mahen from F&B for your luxurious standard of service and for treating my parents with so much warmth welcoming them with open arms every single time we meet. Courtney (Coco), we appreciate you so much for your outstanding sound engineering & visual techniques that wow us every show annd even more so for your kind soul! TQ, John for your beautiful voice and wonderful music. TQ, Your royal excellency Kelvin for world class choreographies that amazed us night after night, and of course where would you be without your incredible performers - all so creative brilliant and artistic GOs! We love the gorgeous costumes that Hilmy whipped up! Housekeeping, well done & great job! Service team, all so great! F&B team, OMG soooo good! Especially those we personally met- Ashley, Rohit, Pang (bar),Rety, Fadli, Ivo, Carlos (F&B), Albert, Nathan, Kaya, Alex (Sports). Well done, everyone!

It was great and awesome 4 days 3 nights spent in Club Med Tomamu. Room is big and well designed, all small details are well taken care. F&b is good quality and a lot of variety. Special thank to GO Hajime for conducting the mountain bike session , it was the highlight of my trip and I enjoyed to the fullest .I will come back next autumn.
