The Hotel, facilities and resort were just outstanding from beginning to end. Heavy snowfall, great for skiing, made the transfer to and from the airport more tricky but it was managed with ease by the team. Food was amazing and skiing unbelievably.
This is by far the nicest ski resort I have ever been to…or should I say the best overall resort I have been to, ever. Beautiful interior spaces. Huge bedrooms. AWESOME food, both Japanese and western. Spotlessly maintained inside and out. Friendly and engaging staff, from the general manager (Eva) to the ski instructors/guides on down to the folks clearing tables and making the rooms. Great amenities. We have been to a number of Club Med ski resorts (Val d’Isere, Val Thorens, Pragelato, Les Arcs) and while all were great, Kiroro Peak stands head and shoulders above the others. I would also note as an adult-only resort it has a much more chill atmosphere than the neighbouring Club Med Kiroro Grand, a family resort which felt like a zoo on the evening we went.
The only pity is that Kiroro is a small ski resort by international standards. At around just 150 hectares, the Trois Vallees it ain’t. On the plus side it has great tree skiing and gargantuan amounts of dry powder snow. But for an expert, big-mountain skier like myself, greater terrain challenge and variety would make Kiroro the go-to destination for the rest of my days!
Memorable Service and Skiing Experience at Kiroro Peak
5/5 • 1/29/2026
We had a wonderful stay at Kiroro Peak and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The service throughout was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. A special thank you to Mr. Aryanta, whose professionalism and attentiveness truly stood out.
I’d also like to commend Mr. David, our ski instructor, for his patience, expertise, and encouraging approach on the slopes—he made skiing both enjoyable and confidence-building.
Overall, an excellent stay and we would gladly return.
