Punta Cana Dominican Republic

This was our 6th stay at Club Med Punta Cana. We stayed at Tiara, the Exclusive Collection Space of the Resort. The Experience was amazing specifically with the come back of Christelle, the resident manager of the Exclusive Collection Tiara space. Christelle took care of our family during all our stay with lots of tailored attentions. She is Exceptional and pay attention to details.

Besides, the full Club Med has been renovated with the addition of an amazing Water Park, where our kids spent most of their time (after the kids club). The new restaurant El Mundo is amazing and well decorated

We just returned from our 6th stay at Club Med Punta Cana, and once again, it was absolutely incredible! This place truly feels like our home away from home, and each year it somehow gets even better.

Christelle, the Tiara Manager, continues to make every stay exceptional. Our Exclusive Collection room facing the ocean was stunning, bathroom renovated, the service, and attention is priceless! The private lunch BBQs, and the special dinners were all above and beyond.

A huge thank you to Pepito, the head of Animation, for the energy and fun all around the resort! Our 7-year-old twins Arthur & Augustin had the best time at the Mini Club with King, Obelix and Salome, from tennis, circus activities to the pool and water park, they were completely in love with every minute. Every morning they were running to Mini Club to spend the day there!

We also loved Virginie, the weekly residence singer — she created such an amazing ambiance every night/lunch with her incredible voice and warm presence.

And what a transformation the club has undergone! The new water park, bar, restaurant, and reception are simply stunning — it doesn’t feel like a renovation, it feels like a brand-new resort. The architecture and design are just beautiful. Congrats Abdel!

Thank you to the entire Club Med Punta Cana team for yet another unforgettable stay. We already booked for October 2026! We can’t wait to come back for our 7th visit!

This was our third time at Club Med Punta Cana - which has been refurbished and offers even nicer communal facilities. This time, we stayed at the Tiara - the Exclusive collection part of the resort and it elevated our whole experience. Bungalow overlooking the beach with prime views. Perfect service from Cristel’s team who went above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. I got sick during our stay and could not have hoped for a better treatment from the team to help me get the assistance I needed. Will definitely be back next year. Thanks for everything.

Punta Cana Club Med was amazing! The food was great and the staff was amazing as well! They really made the experience memorable! You You and Miguel are awesome MC’s and we had loads of fun with all their programming! Mike, Pablo at sports and activities, as well as Matthew really made the volley ball games and the Boce games loads of fun. Our golf cart driver Pedro was always on time and very friendly and helped us with our belongings! The staff at Indigo Lydia, Angela, and Lilliana were fantastic! We will be booking our trip here again very soon!
