This was our 2nd trip to the resort. It was really easy to book a whole trip in one place. It was really nice to go back to a resort where we already knew where things were. The main restaurant and bar that we knew was burned down from a fire. They made us aware that there was still going to be some construction. There was a little noise, never heard it from our room and did not negatively affect our visit. It was actually really nice to come when capacity was limited. It's a nice resort, they're trying to update it and I'm sure there are newer places but the staff is truly what makes this place special. There is a genuine hospitality you feel coming here. You feel more like a friend or family rather than a client. We absolutely loved seeing Gisele in Hispania every morning. She made us feel like home. The fruit man in the center of the restaurant (sorry I didn't catch his name) was always warm and welcoming at breakfast and lunch. I believe they were both there the last time too. The main reason we came back was the excellent childcare they have! Special shoutout to Arielle and Rose in Petit Club. My son remembered all the ladies but was especially attached to Arielle. He's not usually affectionate with care givers but he truly loved her. My kids, husband and I had an absolutely wonderful time. My daughter frequently says she really wants to go back. Can't wait til the next time!

We came home today after amazing week at Club Med Punta Cana as a family group of 10 adults and 7 children. We stayed at the Tiara section of the Exclusive Collection, and everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and offered incredible sea views.

What made our stay truly exceptional was the outstanding kindness and warmth of the Tiara staff—barmen, beach service, managers—everyone was always smiling and ready to help. A special thank you to Cristel, Benjamin, and Yves Junior, as well as the whole team, who were always attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience.

We really enjoyed the restaurants, and one of the highlights of our trip was a beautiful family boat outing—an unforgettable moment. The kids didn’t attend the Mini Club as they don’t get to see their cousins often, so we chose to spend that time all together. They absolutely loved the water park, and my 5-year-old daughter especially enjoyed the 9 pm dance parties and was sad that she didn’t get to say goodbye to « You-You the magicien » as she called him.

In short, it was an unforgettable family vacation. We’ll cherish the memories and hope to be back soon!

We had our Family vacation (2 kids 5 adults) to celebrate a milestone birthday. We were welcomed with big smiles and happily embraced into the CM family.
The shows!!! My two fav shows were Ruby and ask the Circus acts (it's practically Cirque du Soleil!!) The kids and I loved the circus during the day, kayaking and sailing were awesome in the waters of CM PC .... The beaches are maintained beautifully! We swam everyday in the ocean and ended our day at the pool.
While the kids played water polo other pool games with other kids I played pickle and bar games. Yoga at 8 was beautiful and relaxing and always in French. Beach Service is great ;)
Thank you Sam 🍾 for all the added 'extras'--we felt extra special our ENTIRE stay. My water bottle was enough but you went further and thank you. We will DEFINITELY be back next year!!

We ate glutenously by Chef Antonio's and chef Luis' meals of Indigo, and cared for by Danielli, Juan Pablo, Adriane and the entire team of indigo before and after dinner at indigo.
