Cancún Mexico

We enjoyed our stay at club med. The service was very good and especially mentioning the staff at the Hacienda they were so welcoming (Karla, the hostess was always smiling and nice, Jorge and Fanny, the waiters were so lovely and professional). The childcare was good our kids enjoying the kids club with Pierre and the team. The team at the reception were also so lovely, special mention to Loulou and Sam who tried their best to please us! The only downside would be the rooms, quite old and dated, they would need a refurbishment. Other than that, our family was very happy.

We had an amazing experience! The staff is always amazing and we appreciate every go and team member! We need to directly address Maria, Karla, and Aaron at Taco Arte in the mornings! Just made our mornings and that made for a great day! We felt like we were the only people at the resort for that hour! Thank you, Club Med Cancun staff! Also a direct shout-out to Javier at the family pool!

We have been to Club Med Cancún before but this was by far our best visit. We stayed in Jade and had the most welcoming experience from the moment we arrived. Part of the highlight is no doubt the staff - Daniel, Jesus, Jaime, Marco, Ademir and so many more were fantastic and we felt very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very thoughtful.

Our surroundings, the entertainment and our ability to relax were all wonderful and we are already planning our next visit back to Jade. Thanks everyone for making it a vacation to remember.

Great service, thank you Miguel. The chef also came to discuss, great job Hugo. Nevertheless a good improvement would mentioning the spicy food on the menu so that unused customers such as us can make a wise choice. Thanks you the whole team.
