Kani Exclusive Space Maldives

We spent two amazing weeks at Club Med Kani in July.

This was my second visit to the resort, but our first time experiencing it together. Of all our Club Med stays to date, this was undoubtedly the most relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable holiday we have had. From the seamless arrival to our final departure, we appreciated every moment. The resort layout is ideal, ensuring that nothing is ever too far away (we stayed in the beach-side superior rooms on the western side). With excellent restaurant and bar facilities, impeccable overall service, and an extraordinary GO and GE team (by far the best we have encountered), the experience was flawless. It was also wonderful to reunite with several GOs and GEs we had met previously both here and at other Club Meds, who once again made our holiday unforgettable.

Our arrival was smooth and welcoming thanks to Hans, who kindly remained in touch with us throughout our stay.

While the rooms are slightly dated, they are well-maintained, free of any noticeable issues, and kept clean.

Mahen and the entire Food & Beverage team did an outstanding job. They are professional, experienced, and highly attentive, successfully balancing expert service with a warm, personable approach.

John and his culinary team turned every meal into a special occasion. The restaurant consistently offered a diverse selection of delicious dishes, ranging from European classics to local Maldivian and Asian specialties. Shahalo at the ice cream corner perfected our dining experiences with his personal recommendations.

Similarly, Manu’s restaurant team was excellent, in particular Mojibor. We must, however, share our special thank you to Sumon. His consistent engagement, attentiveness, and professionalism elevated every restaurant visit into a truly pleasant experience.

Palintha’s bar team was equally exceptional. We encountered wonderful service from Lia, Kim, Momo, and Basir, but Kawser truly stood out. Thank you all for your kindness, attention, and the many pleasant moments both day and night.

Daniel’s performances during the evening sunset rituals created a beautiful ambiance and provided the perfect backdrop to the stunning Maldivian sunsets.

While we spent most of our time relaxing on the beach, we also made use of the padel court and the water sports facilities.

Many thanks to Izakey, Oumar, and Atanas from the water sports team, who were always friendly, engaging, and eager to assist. Oumar is an excellent sailing instructor, and we thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed Armada sailing trip. It was also a pleasure connecting with Izakey in the evenings, where he shared many interesting details about life in the Maldives.

The snorkeling trips were a definitive highlight of our holiday. Mossey’s entire team is highly professional, ensuring each excursion was seamless and filled with incredible marine life. Thank you Mossey, Iris, Clarissa, Shaam, Michael, and Harry for so many wonderful moments both in the ocean and on land.

Our entire stay was elevated by Chief of Village Julien, Leisure Experience Manager Anais, and their dedicated GO team. The genuine, personal attention from the GOs is something we will cherish for a long time. Thank you to Adeline, Beste, Genesis, Isla, Stepan, Owen, Ghita, Rika, Beverly, Gigi, and Morita.

Last but definitely not the least, a special and heartfelt thank you goes to Natsumi, Moosa, Oksana, Iris, Marie-Laurette and Michael. You became the heart of our holiday, filling our days with so much laughter, fun, and unforgettable memories. Beyond your flawless professionalism, your genuine friendliness and warmth made us feel incredibly welcome. You truly made our entire stay exceptional!

Overall, Club Med Kani delivers a fantastic island experience that we highly recommend. I am already looking forward to my return this coming December!

Club Med has always been the ultimate choice for a family vacation, but our recent stay at Kani was undeniably the best one yet.
The main restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious buffet options, and the waitstaff provided exceptionally friendly service. Thanks to the warm, attentive, and friendly G.O.s, our children were able to join in and thoroughly enjoy themselves. We also loved the mocktails recommended by Marry, a bartender G.O. at the Sunset Bar—the balance of flavor and aroma was truly fantastic!
In particular, Moosey, the G.O. and lifeguard for snorkeling and the main pool, left a deep impression on us with his caring and approachable nature toward our child. Furthermore, Arman, the Aqua Gym G.O., brought incredible energy and dynamic leadership to the sessions, which we absolutely loved.
This is definitely a resort we would love to visit again!

I chose Club Med Kani because I was with my children. Since it’s ALL inclusive! As expected, it was a truly happy time that lived up to my expectations. The ocean is blue and beautiful, and all of the hotel staff are warm and friendly.
I also liked that the programs were simple and straightforward enough for us to participate. We went snorkeling, took a boat out for fishing, and even ate the fish we caught for dinner. Being able to share mealtimes with the GOs and hear stories about different countries is one of Club Med's fun and unique charms. I can't remember everyone's name, but it was so much fun.
In particular, Ms. Isla was extremely kind, and attentively took care of our itinerary. She seemed to read our minds and addressed what we might be curious about even before we asked!!
Oh, you can eat all day long! Starting with the breakfast buffet, late morning snacks and beverages at the poolside, late meal at the other restaurant, then lunch buffet, afternoon snack again, and then dinner buffet!

Huge thank you to the wonderful team at Kani - Beverly's fitness classes, the incredible performances from Ally, Hendry, Sanndy and Zippy each night, Sumon, Ahmeel and the entire kitchen and FOH team, Angel, Clarissa, Harry, MoMo, Hatab and the rest of the G.O's were all incredible, and of course Julien! We had a phenomenal time at Kani, finding something for everyone in the family with a huge range of activities, great food and entertainment, topped off with a truly lovely team. Huge thank you again!
