Punta Cana Exclusive Space Dominican Republic

We just returned from our third trip to Club Med Punta Cana. It is honestly one of my favorite places in the world and has become very special to our family! The resort is huge (it's actually the largest property owned by Club Med) and the grounds are beautiful. There is so much to do. Tennis, pickleball, bacci ball, trivia games, paddle boarding, snorkeling, yoga, pilates, and kids activities galore - just to name a few. And of course sitting on the beach or by the pool is always amazing.

The first time we came to the resort, we stayed in a normal room (and had a great time!), but the last two times, we have stayed in the Exclusive Collection Tiara suites. If you can afford it, it is ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT. Staying at Tiara is old fashioned luxury, it's like a little luxury community within the resort with its own gorgeous pool, bar, snacks/food, and nightly entertainment. The employees all make sure to learn your names and your favorite drinks. Cristel, who manages Tiara, is incredibly attentive and helpful, and makes you feel so welcome. We also loved Tito, the Tiara bartender, as well as Jason and Bryan who were so helpful and friendly. Another benefit of Tiara is that your airport transfer - if booked through Club Med - brings you right to the Tiara area, bypassing the busy central hub of the resort where other guests check in and out.

The new renovated section of the resort is lovely. The food is very good (don't miss the white chocolate bread - trust me!). The adult pool (called the Zen Oasis) is also gorgeous and it's nice to visit for some adult time away fom the kids!

All in all, we had an amazing time. We can't wait to come back.

What a wonderful stay we had ! Having been to several other Club Med before, we expected much, and we were not disappointed. The whole resort is beautiful, lots of trees, very clean and the room was spotless.
Several Pools, and especially the Splash Park, make your forget the time and spend hours and hours there, our 4-year-old son loved it. Unfortunately, the Food Truck by the Splash Park was closed, which was a bit disappointing.
The fitness center was very small, but very clean and freshly renovated.
The tennis courts are mostly scruffy unfortunately, a bit of maintenance would surely help here. The spa, on the other hand, was perfect and we had a wonderful massage whilst our son enjoyed the Mini Club.
The food was mostly superb, especially at the El Mundo Food Club. Lunch & Dinner at Hispaniola were okay, but I would recommend the El Mundo or Indigo if you have the choice. But, as always in Club Med, everything comes down to the G.O. Team, and this one was just oustanding. Starting with Jason (LEM), who was absolutely everywhere, always friendly and helpful (he worked out a late check-out for us). He will be a fantastic CdV very soon hopefully. Our son loved the Kids Club, even though he doesn't speak english, spanish or french - big thanks to Arthur, Florian and especially Kiki, who all did a wonderful job. At the bar, Sahil was exceptional, always smiling, happy and loving his job !
We would love to come back, but as there are so many other Club Med to explore, it might not be too soon.

We just got back from an amazing week at Club Med Punta Cana, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it! The resort is absolutely stunning. The renovations are beautiful, the rooms are really nice, and the whole place just feels like paradise. Our room was centrally located near the restaurants, main pool, and kids’ clubs, which was perfect with two little kids. I’d definitely recommend requesting that area if you’re traveling with young children.

The kids’ clubs were probably the biggest highlight for us. We were genuinely blown away by the programming. It’s not just daycare where the kids sit around playing all day — they’re doing actual activities like swimming, tennis, golf, building sandcastles, and even sailing and circus for the older kids. It’s basically a really fun summer camp! I also loved that they had an activity every day that parents could join. A huge thank you to Rose, Laurie, Rosami, and Camille in Baby Club and Petite Club for taking such wonderful care of our girls. They were all fantastic!

I also want to give a special shoutout to Alvaro on the tennis team. I showed up for beginner tennis one day and was the only person there, but he still spent the entire session coaching me. I basically got a private lesson for free, and he was amazing! I actually feel like I’m a better tennis player now than I was when we arrived.

We also loved the Zen Oasis pool. Having a beautiful adults-only pool to relax at while the kids were having fun was such a nice part of the experience. And really, the staff across the entire resort were incredible. The customer service was consistently excellent.

The food was pretty good overall, with plenty of options. The French station at Mundo Food Club was amazing every single time! We were a little disappointed that one of the restaurants was closed during our stay, but otherwise we were happy with the food. The drinks were generally good too, although the piña coladas were a miss. We tried them at multiple bars and they all had this strange, almost spoiled-tasting aftertaste. I think changing the premade mix or making them from scratch would make a big difference.

Overall, I really think Club Med has figured out how to do a family vacation right. It’s such a great balance of having time to relax and enjoy yourself while knowing your kids are having an amazing time too. We’re already talking about trying other Club Med locations, but honestly, Punta Cana is going to be really hard to beat. We can’t wait to come back!
