• For bookings in China, cancellation 15 days before arrival date will get full refund.
• For bookings in Worlwide resorts (excl. China): cancellation 30 days before arrival date will get full refund; cancellation 15-29 days (both inclusive) before arrival date will be charged 20% of the total amount; then, 40% of fees are applied for cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival date and 80% of fees are applied for cancellation 7 to 1 day before departure. Cancellation on arrival date will be 100% of total amount cancellation fee.
