Nice family trip / what we like and dislike
Check-in to the hotel was very fast. It was very good that the luggage was brought to the room completely and correctly. It was great that all our skis were ready and complete in the ski room. We also registered the children in the mini club very quickly. A perfect system was set up for the check-in process, we were very pleased.
In terms of food, since the Turks were in the majority, it was good to have alternatives, such as lahmacun, pita bread and meat other than pork. But salads and greens were very few. Soups were not at all suitable for the Turkish palate. France is a cheese paradise but only 2 kinds of cheese were served for breakfast. The meat tasted very tasteless and we had to wait a long time for it to cook well. The same meals were served every day for 7 days. There were a lot of dirty plates and especially dirty glasses in the lobby and restaurant. We always had to check the inside of the cups when buying coffee and tea.
Hasan, who served at the bar in the lobby, was very good and very attentive. We were especially pleased that he served us Turkish tea and Turkish coffee. It was very good that there was always a choice of food in the lobby.
We had 2 rooms, one of them was cleaned by Ms. Bahriye and we were very pleased. She was very polite and did her job very well. But we are not sure about the cleanliness of our other room. I asked for an orthopedic pillow from the hotel's whatsapp group, they said there was none. Then I sent my request to Mr. Şükrü, the Housekeeping Manager, and he was very helpful in a very kind way. He both provided the pillow and helped us with all our requests. Only the double bed was made up of 2 single beds and the space between them was constantly opening. They informed us that there was no king size bed.
Mini Club staff were generally very friendly and interested. Only one instructor scolded the children for calling him "Teacher" instead of his name and kicked a child out of the game. This was a very strange situation that really shouldn't have happened. The children's activities were good, especially the children's stage show and the children's playground in the lobby were very enjoyable. Only some activities were late for children. A better timing would be to offer activities after skiing until dinner.
The children enjoyed the ski lessons very much. It was great that the ski instructors gave feedback to the parents in the middle of the week, we were very pleased with this information. The certificate ceremony at the end of the training was also very enjoyable.
After getting off the plane for the transfer, we had to wait to be directed to the bus because there were few staff. On top of that, we waited in the bus for 1 hour because one of the passengers could not find his luggage. For the return transfer, the bus arrived half an hour late, took a half hour break and we went to the airport late. As a result of long queues inside, we arrived 4 minutes before the departure of the plane and we were extremely stressed.

Perfect stay
The hotel service areas and the rooms were in perfect condition. Staff were very helpful, friendly and very kind as expected.
Mini Club activities could be extended, more play rooms or activity areas could be added (such as an arcade room, a mini football, basketball pitches if a suitable place could be found, these would add more value to the hotel).
Service team at the main restaurant, housekeeping, reception, guest relations, entertainment team, mini club team, all the staff were great. 10 out of 10 for the whole team members.
Food choices at the main restaurant could be differentiated on daily basis and food at the main restaurant could be more tasty for sure. The taste of food at the A'la Carte restaurant was good, also food/snacks served at the bar next to theater or at the entrance were also good but the main restaurant food choices and tastes should be evaluated by the management.
I recommend this hotel and love to stay again.

Great staff!!! great resort!
Had an amazing 1-week stay there with my family! The suits were great, ski activities simple to navigate and organized, service amazing, food is tasty.
Special shoutout to Olga Ozkan - we both speak Russian, so not only my family enjoyed amazing massages by her and her company at dinners, but she also took me skiing and showed me the good spots on her day off! And it was amazing, we stopped at few cool spots that I wouldn't be able to go to without her! Another shoutout to my ski instructor Francois (2B) - my skiing improved so much and he was just great to spend the days together! Cheers to Ilan and Arthur on the bar staff - great conversations and even better cocktails!
